Protesting Mayor Sanders of San Diego, October 3rd, 2008 the Start of the 30 day crusade to Protect Marriage

A vigil was held to protest Mayor Jerry Sanders of San Diego on October 3rd, 2008 to call for his support and vote Yes on Propostion 8 to ban same-sex marriage and protect marriage between a man and a woman.

Do not surrender your principles; do not feel that you stood on the wrong side or that you cannot escape. Remember that the gays have strategically chosen your state as they declared in the New York Times on April 06, 2009. They sabotaged your legislators and many of the citizens and found a way to use their strategy of crying discrimination and sadness as victims as they said they would do 20 years ago in their declaration of war in the “Overhauling of straight America”. Many unknowingly become their puppets. These are good willed people that become blinded in all the talk of discrimination and feel that it “doesn’t hurt me or my family”. There are also those who don’t want to think about the issue at all, because when they think about what homosexuality really is they feel it is sick and have no strength to fight and look at their friends and family that are gay, who many have been victims themselves. Just the fact of talking about homosexual conduct is to invade some ones privacy. Homosexuality is sexual conduct and must be kept private. The movement makes many of us see them as two people who are suffering and love each other, then talk about what homosexuality really is. Your state has been victimized to the full extent. Instead of using the words homosexual and lesbian it should be replaced with Anti- Species. Words like homosexual and lesbian only desensitizes the people and promotes homosexual conduct. The word itself is propaganda. The word Anti-species explains that there is no there is no rainbow without sunshine and rain; it is the core of nature/one man and one woman. Anti-Species do not honor their species as male and female given to them at the time of their de-facto birth. Many will say that some are not much male or female even that they are born as. Many will say that there is a separate class that is born with feelings of anti-species (homosexual, lesbian feelings) you should warn your children of the efforts being made to confuse them against the order of their nature. Anti-Species Refers to the unnatural use of the naturally given reproductive drive; Humans who are attracted to the same sex where their acts do not in any way represent the ordered form of sexuality and do without mutual assistance of the sexes, therefore never open for the transmission of new life; Against the natural order of a beings existence. Your rights and the rights of America’s posterity are in jeopardy. Throughout America the Human Rights Campaign and their gay activist partners are lobbying and working day in and day out to Legalize and endorse homosexuality to the children. On the federal level the HRC alone is lobbying hard core. They are holding many lobbyist training camps and are sending hundreds of their “religious coalition” to FOOL the legislators into believing that their proposed legislation would not have any effect on religions and children. There are 22 bills that include the word sexual orientation in their language this session. The Inclusion of sexual orientation is the first and most important step to same sex-marriage. When you include sexual orientation as a government recognized class or group you say that to be a homosexual is the same as to be black. Homosexuality is not a Race and sexual orientation is not a Class. To make laws classifying a person by the way someone orients themselves sexually is the most ignorant and irresponsible act that the government can make. Once you include sexual orientation such as in the hate crimes laws, you open a door for children to be taught in every school that to be homosexual is the same as being black. Kids as early as kindergarten would be reading books like “Heather has Two Mommies”. “Medically accurate” sex-education classes such as proposed in the “Real Act” will create a curriculum in health class where it will be taught that homosexuality is an optional form of sex, where abstinence is no longer required and that they can choose to be homosexual to fulfill your sexual necessities and not worry about parenthood. The HRC is heavily funded, they have the time to go after and lobby each legislator individually. They have strategically placed law makers to get them to vote for what they want. As Americans it is our duty and right to Stand Up for our beliefs. Do not be discouraged because you may have lost in your state. Stand Your Ground! YOU DID WHAT WAS RIGHT. Together we can stand; we can protect the Children and keep America a Nation Under God. Call your senators and representatives both locally and federally. They need their Constituents to give them the support they need to Vote on the current legislation. Call your family and your friends. For over 20 years homosexual activists have been working for one ultimate goal and that is to get government recognition of homosexuality. It is time to put our efforts into protecting the children from the enticement of homosexuality. This is a call for all Americans, Christians, law makers, responsible leaders, and communities of everywhere in America. Gay Activists use terms in legislation like discrimination, unfair, Inclusion, anti- bullying, sexual orientation, equal protection, equal benefits, medically accurate, etc. These terms are used to fool, confuse and intimidate good willed public servants and the people into thinking homosexuals are being treated less fairly. All citizens, both men and women are already equally protected under the law. What these laws would do is make it so that Homosexual, bisexual, lesbian and transgender behavior is validated, accepted and promoted. These kinds of legislation are written for the sole purpose of exposing the children to homosexual conduct, desensitize the people and to convert youngsters creating a generation that accepts and embraces these kinds of lifestyles and behaviors and normal and the same as a relationship of a man and a woman. Aside from the 22 bills in congress this session and the Strong push for the Repeal of the DOMA these bills are considered the main focus of the HRC and homosexual activist. HR1913 (Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act-Mathew Shepard Act) HR1283 (Military Readiness Enhancement Act-Repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell Policy) HR 1024/S424 (Uniting American families Act- set up to allow homosexuals to immigrate their foreign partners) S 611/ HR 1551 ( Responsible Education about Life Act- Real Act)

They are using intimadation to gain ground and are lying to the public, ALL THEY WANT IS MARRIAGE RIGHTS to valdite their relationship of the same-sex!!! Homosexuality is NOT A RACE! THEY ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT to Marry, a gay man can marry a gay woman! If they want Marriage Rights then get married, but we cannot afford the same rights of Marriage to other relationships for it will devaluate Marriage and change society's perception of what Marriage is!!!

The natural instinct of attraction given to a man and a woman by the organs of sex definition is the very essence of what defines marriage and the family unit; not set by man, but inherited by nature of self and human existence. Anti-species behavior, as in homosexuality, promotes the use of these natural instincts against its own nature, and should not be endorsed by law.

Unmask the HRC's and ACLU's con act to legalize same sex unions. Just bear in mind the following. A 1987 article in the homosexual magazine Guide outlines the strategy homosexuals should use to gain special protection:

"In any campaign to win over the public, gays must be cast as victims in need of protection so that straights will be inclined by reflex to assume the role of protector...Our campaign should not demand direct support for homosexual practices, but should instead take anti-discrimination as its theme."*

HOMOSEXUALS ARE NOT BEING DISCRIMINATED, THEIR MOVEMENT IS A SCAM, A CON ACT ON THE PEOPLE!!!

The principles of respect and non-discrimination cannot be invoked to support legal recognition of homosexual unions. Differentiating between persons or refusing social recognition or benefits is unacceptable only when it is contrary to justice. The denial of the social and legal status of marriage to forms of cohabitation that are not and cannot be marital is not opposed to justice; on the contrary, justice requires it.

Homosexual unions are totally lacking in the conjugal dimension, which represents the human and ordered form of sexuality. As experience has shown, the absence of sexual complementarity in these unions creates obstacles in the normal development of children who would be placed in the care of such persons. On top of being deprived of the experience of either fatherhood or motherhood the children are forced to accept this unnatural act. Allowing children to be adopted by persons living in such unions would actually mean doing violence to these children, in the sense that their condition of dependency would be used to place them in an environment that is not conducive to their full human development. This is in open contradiction to the principle, recognized also in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, that the best interests of the child, as the weaker and more vulnerable party, are to be the paramount consideration in every case.

Furthermore, the government has removed tobacco billboards stating that children are vulnerable and therefore cannot be exposed to the billboards, the words homosexual, lesbian and gay are definitions to the act they portray in acquiring sexual pleasure. You cannot separate the word homosexual, lesbian, and gay from the act, for the act is the very essence of the word, therefore by stating the word you are describing the act. In New York v. Ferber, the Supreme Court protects the children from being exposed to sexual conduct material, this is not different. By stating the word you describe the act; that is inevitable; and therefore cannot be open to the children.

Exposing children to this environment of homosexual unions would deprive them of their necessary defenses and contribute to the spread of the homosexual propaganda. It is imperative to recognize that the approval or legalization of the homosexual act is something far different from the toleration of it. They are already allowed to acquire sexual pleasure with whomever they wish, therefore they are already tolerated. The children however need to be protected as they have been in the past. The issue has taken a different toll than pornography because of the sodomy laws that would sentence one to jail, but now they are tolerated and allowed to relate with who they wish but the child cannot be part of it. They must be protected until they are 18, from the act of masturbation and therefore cannot be allowed to be exposed to homosexual unions.

Civil law cannot contradict right reason without losing its binding force on conscience. Every humanly-created law is legitimate insofar as it is consistent with the natural moral law, recognized by right reason, and insofar as it respects the inalienable rights of every person. Laws in favor of homosexual unions are contrary to right reason because they confer legal guarantees, analogous to those granted to marriage, to unions between persons of the same sex. Given the values at stake in this question, the State could not grant legal standing to such unions without failing in its duty to promote and defend marriage as an institution essential to the common good. The approval of such unions would result in changes to the entire organization of society, contrary to the common good. Civil laws are structuring principles of man's life in society, for good or for ill. They "play a very important and sometimes decisive role in influencing patterns of thought and behavior". Lifestyles and the underlying presuppositions these express not only externally shape the life of society, but also tend to modify the younger generation's perception and evaluation of forms of behavior. Legal recognition of homosexual unions would obscure certain basic moral values and cause a devaluation of the institution of marriage.

If you as a government legislatures do not ban same-sex unions you will be validating to millions of children the act of sodomy, self pleasure, masturbation, the use of fingers, (excuse our language), but homosexuality and lesbianism is all about sexual conduct. Please protect the children when you cast your vote. Forget civil rights, forget morality, forget religion, all that matters is the children. It is in your hand and you have the power. Remember your childhood; YOU WERE PROTECTED! Remember your children, your grand-children, and millions of other children. Do not validate the acts of homosexuality, ban same-sex unions.

By putting homosexual unions on a legal plane analogous to that of marriage and the family, the State acts arbitrarily and in contradiction with its duties.
